Most of our custom eyeglass orders are processed locally by well-established optical laboratories, so your order will take less time to process and will be upheld to the highest manufacturing standards. Contact lens patients will receive a complimentary sample pair of contact lenses at their examination (based on availability), and if a follow-up visit is required to verify the prescription during the first 90 days after your exam, there is no charge .

You can rest assured that we are looking out for you. Our premium frames come with a one-year warranty against defects and our premium lenses are warranted against scratches for one year. We offer a ninety-day one-time lens remake for any reason. We will readily replace defective or ripped contact lenses purchased from our office at no charge.
